Cellulite of Other Sites

Cellulite is a potentially serious bacterial infection of skin and soft tissues, often caused by Streptococcus and / or staphylococcal bacteria. According to Cellulite Removal Review, Cellulite appears as a localized inflammation of the skin and is characterized by redness, swelling, tenderness, pain and heat and also possible onset of fever and chills, malaise and fatigue.
Cellulite can remain superficial infection or spread to soft tissue just under the skin that contain blood vessels, lymph vessels and nerves. It also may affect the underlying muscles or spread throughout the body via the lymphatic system or the bloodstream.
Cellulite of other sites include infection of the scalp [any field without face] .
Bacteria penetrate into the dermis by breaking the skin, cuts, burns, puncture wounds, bites or even scratches from nails. Entry site conditions may not always be obvious.
Risk factors for development of cellulite comprising:
•Immunodeficiency - due to genetic diseases (e.g., syndrome Job), HIV infection, immunosuppressive drugs (e.g., chemotherapy, corticosteroids)
•Diabetes
•Chronic skin diseases (such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema)
•Impaired peripheral circulation (such as arterial insufficiency or venous stasis)
•Subcutaneous or intravenous injection of drugs
•Piercing and Tattoos
•Surgical procedures
Potential complications of cellulite include: sepsis, osteomyelitis, fasciitis, and subcutaneous abscesses.
The diagnosis is made on the basis of the clinical manifestations of physical examination and the results of complete blood counts and bacterial culture.
Treatment of cellulite with other sites consisting of analgesics and antibiotics administered orally or intravenously, according to the severity of the patient's condition.
